Propolis Throat Spray contains 85mg of highly concentrated bee propolis extract, purified water, non-GMO vegetable glycerin and wildflower honey. Kid's Propolis Throat Spray contains slightly less propolis at 77.5mg per serving, along with 

purified water, non-GMO vegetable glycerin and buckwheat honey

which provides additional throat soothing benefits and a sweeter taste for little ones.

The recommended dose for both products is 4 sprays.
