Beekeeper’s Naturals is not responsible for paying any rates or fees charged by customs. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay these fees. If you refuse to accept your package due to high customs fees your package will be abandoned at customs and returned to us. We will only refund the product and not the shipping fee paid.
