Why is my Superfood Honey frothy and/or crystallized?Updated 4 months ago

Crystallization is a natural and unpredictable process that can happen to pure and raw honey. All of the nutritional and health benefits are still intact, even if your honey is crystallized. In addition, sometimes after the emulsion and mixing process, the added superfood ingredients (bee pollen, royal jelly & bee propolis extract) can settle at the top. To re-liquefy, gently heat the jar in a water bath no warmer than 40°C (104 °F); the temperature of a beehive in the summer. Be mindful not to go much hotter, as that could damage the nutritional properties of the honey.
